Description

Fine quality antique early 20th century cold painted bronze ,c1910. It depicts a North African/Middle Eastern figure in traditional clothing. The figure is holding a torch or similar and it may have been designed as a taper holder. It is beautifully cast and decorated and is very much in the style of Bergman but I cannot find a signature. It is heavy for its size and has aged well with great colour/patina. Overall condition is good with only very minor surface wear /paint loss and Verdigris.
