Description

For your consideration is this superbly stylish original Art Deco 1930's desk of great proportions offering a real sense of grandeur. An Art Deco burr maple and macassar ebony desk, the hinged top with inset cork tiles mounted in an ebonised mahogany border, above a cupboard door opening onto a single shelf, to the left-hand side, and a bowfront drawer above a bowfront cupboard, to the right, raised on ebonised plinth base. This desk can sit centre stage, having show wood both back and front. The attention to detail is superb from the timbers to the craftsmanship. Not only does this desk look amazing but it's perfect for work space which is being generous on both the work top space area but also internal storage. In showroom condition and fully restored.
