A Late Victorian Combination Wardrobe in Mahogany C1890

19th century
Description

A late Victorian combination wardrobe in Mahogany dating from around 1890. This original piece has a dental moulded cornice with a lip underneath and a satin wood inlaid pediment above. There is a mirrored door on the left with original Brass handle and a hanging rail inside. On the right is a short door which has two moulded inlaid panels and original Brass handle and four slide trays inside. Underneath it are two short drawers and a long deep drawer to the base. All drawers are Oak lined with original Brass handles and inlaid drawer fronts. It stands on a plinth base and separates for ease of movement.

Measures: Height: 88" x Depth: 21.5" x Internal Depth: 18.5" x Width: 57"
