Antique French ebonized and amboyna credenza/sideboard boasting a wonderful large beautifully crafted sevres style plaque with ormolu mounts to the centre door. The shaped frieze inlaid with amboyna is delightful. Both bow doors are glazed and it stands on a plinth base with ormolu mounts and original turned feet

An exceptionally elegant superior piece of outstanding quality, design and craftsmanship. Even though not marked, it is undoubtedly a showcase piece crafted by a leading cabinet maker of the period.
