Napoleon III gilt bronze and Pietra Dura mounted ebonized cabinet/credenza, the large ebony top to the gilt metal leaf cast gilt-bronze scrolling frieze having Corinthian columns flanking a central door centred with an pietra dura oval panel featuring a bird amidst fruiting trees, bordered with stringing and surmounted with a gilt bronze ribbon, The door opening to reveal velvet lined shelved interior, the bowed glazed ends with similar interior all raised egg and dart bordered base with gilt bronze mounted turned feet
