A superb quality George III figured mahogany serpentine fronted antique chest of drawers with four graduating drawers, each with cockbeaded edges, boxwood string inlay, turned mahogany wooden knobs and brass key escutcheons.
The figured top is finished with moulded edge, and the chest of drawers has canted corners to the front with decorative boxwood string inlay, and it stands on shaped bracket feet, with further boxwood string inlay, finished with moulding to the base.
All of the drawers are oak lined, with the top drawer having three compartments. The chest has working locks and comes with a key.
