The faēade is architecturally balanced, comprising three frieze drawers above a configuration of three cupboard doors, all raised on turned, tapering legs terminating in pad feet.
The rectangular top, subtly break-fronted, is decorated with an intricate parquetry field arranged in a diagonal lozenge pattern, framed within multiple bands of cross-grain veneer and fine boxwood stringing. The crisp geometry of the surface demonstrates careful cabinetmaking and precise veneer matching.
