An elegant and highly decorative brass fire screen, richly cast in the Rococo taste. The shaped frame is elaborately modelled with flowing scrollwork, foliate detailing, and a pierced crest, all finished in a warm, polished brass surface. The screen retains its original fine mesh panel, providing both practical fire protection and visual lightness.

The central cartouche is embellished with a hanging floral garland and ribbon motif, lending the piece a strong decorative focal point and a sense of period refinement. Raised on four scrolled feet, the screen is freestanding and well-balanced.
