A beautiful antique Khamseh rug, woven circa 1900. This rug features an all over Boteh design on an ivory field and terracotta border. Try to find the solitary Khamseh chicken! Great secondary colours and a great example of tribal weaving.
Size: 1.90m x 1.39m (6ft 3in x 4ft 7in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
