Description

Here’s a lovely antique pine secrétaire we have for sale.

Inside, behind the drop-down flap, you’ll find a set of small internal drawers, along with three larger drawers below and a shallow full-width drawer above. It has been wax-finished in a light Briwax Honey colour and is in very nice condition for its age (circa 1920s).

All the drawers slide smoothly. The top internal drawer has small brass knobs, while the lower internal drawers feature small cream-coloured knobs. There is also a central cubby hole for additional storage.

The drop-down writing surface folds away neatly, leaving you with a shallow drawer bank. The main drawers are fitted with attractive handles.

The code number is F1252F, and the price is £997.

Overall height is 52", width 44½", and depth 20½". When the writing surface is open, the depth extends to 35½". The writing height is 29", which is a comfortable table height.

Please note: this piece is heavy due to the internal metal support mechanism, and this will be taken into account when planning delivery.
