C1880-1900 Pair Pierced Brass Vases

Description

Circa 1880-1900 a pair of unusual highly decorative pierced brass vases with fine details on all sides.

Each one weighs 1.68 kgs. They measure 30cm in height and approximately 10.5cm square.

The quality of the casting can be seen in the details, and there are no signs of damage on either.

They were lightly polished to remove years of cleaning material lodged in the crevices. They are both the same shade of brass with a matt finish, the camera light makes them look shiny.
