Superb Meiji (late 19thC) large bronze tiger statue (okimono) with glass eyes. Signed (foundry mark) but unable to read the signature. Ca. 71cm long x 16cm deep x 30.5cm high, weight 10.8kg.
An imposing tiger statue in excellent condition. Tigers of this size are rare.
