Antique Georgian Mahogany Chest of Drawers

A nicely proportioned Georgian mahogany chest of drawers featuring a rectangular top with crossbanding detail to the edge. The chest has two short drawers over three graduated long drawers, all with cockbeading detail and fitted with brass drop handles. It stands on bracket feet.

Height – 77.5cm / Width - 63.5cm / Depth - 44cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout, with signs of age. There is surface wear in places, including age-related marks and scratches. The top surface shows some staining and minor splits. There are marks on the sides and some loss to the cock-beading around the bottom drawer. Historic repairs are visible on the beading around the top edge. Overall, this is a handsome chest of drawers in good, solid condition. All imperfections have been photographed for reference.
