A beautiful antique tribal rug, woven by one of the nomadic tribes of the Khamseh confederation circa 1900. The design features 3 medallions on an unusual ivory field and camel border. Some heavy areas of wear which is reflected in the price but a great ''country house'' look.
Size: 2.14m x 1.54m (7ft x 5ft 1in)
This rug has heavy, age related wear (see photos) along with areas of old restoration - this is reflected in the price. The fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
