A very early Writing Bureau Chest surviving from Queen Anne era c1700
Standing on Bracket feet with graduating drawers and decorative original brass handles.
Having Oak lined drawers throughout ,and a fall front.
With a green writing surface above a selection of drawers and pigeon holes.
All large drawers on the chest run smoothly and has its original backboards.
This classically designed chest oozes all the class of the period.
Original ageing and Patina is present throughout this item , structurally sound.
This item is offered in Country House condition, it has original wear and tear throughout, which gives this piece its own unique character. With age related scuffs and scrapes expected of an honest piece of Queen Anne furniture.
