A highly desirable sized credenza of superior design being serpentine ended. With curved everted top frieze all inlaid with boxwood marquetry. Elegant pillars frame the central door opening to reveal a shelved interior. Flanked by two doors opening to reveal serpentine shaped shelves. The whole relined and polished professionally to exacting standards at a cost of £1200 so it is in excellent house ready condition. The whole surmounted by original gilt bronze mounts with original locks and key. Circa 1860.
