Konya yatak rug. Central anatolia. Mid 19th century to late 19th century,circa 1870.

Full pile. Very minor corrosion to dark brown. No repairs or reweaves. Has been hand washed and de-dusted.

A yatak is a sleeping or bedding rug. 5 foot 8 inches by 4 foot. 173cm X 124cm. All woollen construction.
