Description

A superb antique burr walnut chest of drawers. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1890-1900 period.

The quality is outstanding, this is beautifully made and is a great size. There is lots of storage space inside the generous drawers, this lifts off the base for ease of transport. It sits on cabriole legs, the drawer fronts and top are nicely cross banded and this has canted front edges. The burr walnut grain patterns and colour tones are gorgeous, this has high quality brass handles and escutcheons.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
