A fine George III walnut chest of drawers, circa 1750, featuring a beautifully figured crossbanded and quarter-veneered top with chequered string inlay.
The chest is arranged with two short over four long oak-lined drawers, fitted with decorative brass swan-neck handles and delicate bone shield escutcheons, and retains two working keys.
Raised on bracket feet, the piece displays elegant Georgian proportions and a rich walnut patina, making it a superb addition to any period or traditional interior.
