Early Victorian Mahogany 2 Door Wardrobe

Description

Early Victorian Mahogany 2 Door Wardrobe. The stepped cavetto cornice above a pair of panelled doors having a thumb moulding with re-entrant top corners around the figured panels. Also having knob handle to the brass catch and lock. All flanked by recessed moulded panels with mid carved roundels topped by carved corbels. The interior having full length hanging over base drawer to the righthand side. The left side having 3 slides over 3 drawers. All the drawers with brass inset handles and all mahogany lined. All sitting on plinth base. The body splits into two and lift off the plinth and the cornice lifts off.
