Bureau Edwardian Inlaid 1900-1910

Description

Here we have a beautiful Edwardian Mahogany bureau. The bureau is a fantastic size and will fit in any space. This bureau is ideal for a laptop. As you can see this piece has great colour and is in excellent original condition. The bureau has all original brass handles. The locks are original and the bureau retains the original key. The fitted interior is made from Oak and the original tooled and gilded leather has some lovely wear. There are three solid Mahogany shelves inside the cupboard which also has a working lock and key. There is beautiful crossbanded decoration and inlaid stringing made from Box and Ebony. The top is nicely shaped and the fielded panels to the fall front and doors are beautifully executed. Finally the piece is finished with a lovely shaped plinth base. A beautiful piece of Edwardian furniture ready for your home.
