Absolutely stunning king size painted wooden French Bed with exquisite ormolu decorations depicting classic French images.The quality of this piece is finished off with the fabulous ormolu lions feet on all four corners.

The naturally aged original paint and ormolu bed have been very carefully cleaned to preserve originality, Frame checked for well fitting joints and rigidity and side rails professionally discreetly extended to suit modern length king size mattress 150cm x 200 cm or a European 160cm x 200cm would fit on top of the rails. A lovely one off piece.

Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 25 years. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.
