Description

Size: 6ft 8in x 4ft 1in (203 x 124cm).

Antique Mahal rug of the floral shrub design with small medallion.

Circa 1920.

The rug has an all over design of flowering shrubs surrounding a very small central medallion, the design is in soft pastel colours on a dark indigo blue field. The soft madder reds give the rug a warm feel.

The rug is in excellent condition with even wear and medium pile.

The rug has been hand washed and ready for use or display.

The rug is suitable for normal domestic floor use.
