Description

A very fine quality Georgian mahogany bureau in need of restoration.

This bureau is in counrty house condition and is offered at trade price for a quick sale as is. It needs general tidying up with some small repairs and patches. Handles have been changed but there are no visible marks on outside. One interior drawer is missing, the inner door has been detached and needs a small repair to where the lower hinge fits. Drawer runners are worn, all the usual stuff.

Stunning timber quality with lively grain and excellent colour. Original ogee feet. For £200 - £400 worth of restoration this will make an outstanding piece.
