Sheraton Revival furniture, produced primarily during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, reinterprets Thomas Sheratons late eighteenth-century Neoclassical designs. Key characteristics include slender classical proportions, satinwood or marquetry inlays, delicate astragal glazing, and a focus on refined mahogany construction.

Cabinetmakers predominantly utilised solid mahogany and mahogany veneers, often accented with decorative marquetry inlays made of boxwood, satinwood, or rosewood. Glass panels were fitted into wooden glazing bars, and drawer handles or escutcheons were cast in solid brass.
