Circa 1890. George 1st style figured walnut bureau bookcase. The bookcase with a moulded cornice over a shaped burr walnut frieze and twin arched mirrored doors with lovely speckled mirror plates, opening to a green shelved interior. The bureau with a cross banded flap in mirror matched figured walnut opening to elaborate interior with book slides, pigeon-holes and drawers and a brown leather embossed writing surface above 2 short drawers, 2 further short and 2 long cross banded drawers with cut brass
