This Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Sideboard is not only very well drawn but is enhanced with a profusion of decorative contrasting inlay. Standing on elegantly tapered legs, displaying copious amounts of inlay and with the added refinement of inlaid panels on the ankles.
The doors display a large oval inlaid panel to them, and themselves open to reveal good sized compartments. The drawer is also of a decent size, so this sideboard offers a good amount of storage space. The top is cross banded and offers a generous top surface for display. The richness of the Mahogany, sharply contrasts so well with the Satinwood inlay.
With a generous bow to the front, and the finely detailed, polished brassware adding further interest, this sideboard stands very well. Presented in fully restored condition, it is sure to make a statement, wherever placed in a home.
