18th Century Georgian Mahogany Bureau Bookcase

A very decorative fine quality Georgian bureau with a bookcase of two inlaid astragal glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves. There are five graduated drawers below the fall, all of which are supported on ogee bracket feet. The interior of the bureau has a central cupboard flanked by two ormolou topped classical columns, various secret drawers, pigeon holes and eight small dove-tailed drawers. The tooled leather skiver is in excellent condition with just a few marks.

Overall condition is commensurate with age.
