Description:

Antique English pewter plain rim charger of large size by Stynt Duncomb of Bewdley, Worcestershire, England. Who worked 1745-1767. The charger is of large size being 22in in diameter, a heavy and well made charger. There is a good set of makers touchmarks to the reverse rim along with a Crowned X, London label, a complete set of hallmarks and ownership initials 'crowned BR'.... all very well marked.

Condition:

The charger is in excellent condition with a clean polished finish to the front, there are some knife marks to the front showing signs of use. The reverse is unpolished with a light oxide finish.

Repairs: There are no repairs that I could detect.

Size: 22.00 inch diameter (55.00cm).

Weight: TBA grams.
