Description

This is a superb continental North Italian fruitwood and marquetry bureau, dating from the late 18th century.

With stunning carved ebonised decoration, foliate marquetry and beautifully bone inlaid with figures in various Royal Court scenes.

It has a shallow drawer above a fitted interior that has four small drawers and a central cupboard.

There are three full width drawers below and it is raised on decorative carved and eonised lion paw feet.

Complete with original working locks and keys.

Condition:
In excellent condition having been beautifully restored in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
