In beautifully figured mahogany, it has fancy brass escutcheons and it comes with 2 working keys, which lock the fall and drawers and one which locks the internal cupboard. A really good quality bureau and of a really good size at just 95cm wide.

Good colour and patina. Some old (solid) repairs to the bottom corners of the fall. The writing felt to interior is old and worn. Lower piece to back bracket foot missing (doesn’t affect stability as it is on wheels). Other wear and marks commensurate with age.
