Arthur Anderson Arthur Anderson was particularly successful in capturing the distinctive morning and evening skies of the Huntingdon and Cambridgeshire landscape.He and his brother William Fraser Garden were the most successful of the artistic Fraser family.’Winter Landscape in the Fens’ watercolour,signed with initials and dated 1895; image size 24x44cms,framed size 45x63cms.Housed in a modern giltwood frame with a wash line mount.A most attractive example of his work.
