The moulded cornice having an inlaid broken arch pediment above the inlaid frieze. The 2 doors having 13 pane astragal glazing bars and open to a mahogany lined interior with 2 adjustable shelves. The wonderful fall inlaid with ribbons, drapes, wreath and scrolling flora. The bureau interior having 4 satinwood drawers with ebony stringing and brass pulls. The centre door with an inlaid Sheraton oval and satinwood cross banding with 6 satinwood and mahogany pigeonholes. The base having 3 graduated drawers all inlaid with scrolling foliage and lyres and retaining the original oval brass ring handles. The whole raised on off set shaped bracket feet.
