A Fine Early 18th Century Burr Walnut Bureau of outstanding colour and patination. handles replaced in keeping with the period. Oak lined throughout with fitted interior
 
of lovely quality, flat pilasters with the finest of herring bone applied to the edge flank the Burr walnut veneered central door.
 
The pilasters have a secret lock that can be operated by removing one of the small drawers and sliding a sliver of wood across to lock it in place.
