Description

A mahogany bureau bookcase, the dentil cornice over a pair of glazed doors with a brass cover strip, the internal has three adjustable slotted shelves,and is painted a classic duck egg blue, the bureau has a fall to reveal a fitted interior of pigeon holes, drawers and a central cupboard, the central cupboard is surmounted by two secret drawers disguised as columns.

The bureau has four graduated drawers with oval brass handles and sit on bracket feet.

Condition

Overall wonderful condition, no damage, the top is a marriage to the base but are of the same colour and period and the right size.

The drawers have replacement handles and are in good order throughout.
