Georgian Scottish Secretaire Chest of Drawers

Description

Circa 1810, George III Scottish inlaid mahogany secretaire chest of drawers, with dummy drawers on top opening to show an impressive fitted interior with various pigeon holes drawers with ivory handles, above 3 graduating drawers and all standing on bracket feet. The handles have been changed later. The cabinet makers name ‘John Whitehead, Stirling’ is handwritten on the underside of all the interior drawers.

Size 114cm high x 129cm wide x 54cm deep.

Most items include delivery anywhere in the UK mainland.
