Georgian 18th Century inlaid oak bureau desk writing table. This is a lovely bureau, that is full of age, charm and character. No loose joints and the oak lined drawers slide freely (some marks inside as is to be expected). Good shape and fantastic proportions. Rare, with a great light colour.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations. There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested. Period handles and locks. Later leather writing surface. There are some historic extinct woodworm holes, that we have treated for good measure.

Overall maximum dimensions: 107cm wide, 52cm deep, 108cm high (81-83cm high writing surface).
