Georgian 18th Century oak bureau desk writing table. This is a lovely bureau, that is full of age, charm and character. No loose joints and the oak lined drawers slide freely (some marks inside as is to be expected). Good shape and fantastic proportions. Rare, with a great colour.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations. There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested (no lock in the bottom drawer). Later brassware. There are some historic extinct woodworm holes, that we have treated for good measure.

Overall maximum dimensions: 101cm wide, 51cm deep, 109cm high (78-79cm high writing surface).
