This secretaire is in excellent condition and has a good antique patina. The gilded mounts are bright, the legs sturdy and the entire cabinet is a mellow colour.
There are 3 inlaid drawers with gilded key plates.
Internally there are 3 rosewood veneered drawers and a stationary area above.
The rouge marble top is fixed in position and has an ancient repair at the back. The rear of the cabinet is solid oak and is clean. A really lovely antique ladies Secretaire.
