Edwardian mahogany ladies writing table, desk or bureau. This is a lovely piece, that is full of age, charm and character. Solid with no loose joints and no significant woodworm.

Striking arts and crafts styling with amazing front legs. The mahogany lined drawers slide freely (some internal staining as one would expect). We have a key. An attractive quality piece with lovely fret cut decoration to the drawer fronts.

The baise appears original with wear and loads of patination and stains. The fall front is supported by opening the drawer. An original piece that hasn't been messed about with.

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations.

Overall maximum dimensions: 56cm wide, 58cm deep, 113.5cm high (72cm high writing surface).
