Description

Superb Burr walnut and Amboyna writing desk /esquetoire, French C 1880. Home trial on this item.

This beautiful antique writing desk has five smoothly running drawers and a fall front which encloses the secretaire. Inside there are 2 drawers and plenty of space for stationary. etc.

The desk has a fine antique patination, with working keys and original brass fittings. It has been carefully refurbished and is ready to be placed in the home.

Seen here in best showroom condition having been waxed and polished to show the beauty of the timber
