Description

Very nice 18th century 3 foot wide George III mahogany bureau. Lovely timber to the fall with four drawers beneath, the drawers with scratch cock bead mould, original locks and oak lined. Ogee feet to the base.

This bureau retains all its original brassware except for one escution plate to the bottom drawer which is a replacement.

The interior with pigeon holes and drawers.

THe whole piece is a gorgeous colour and patination. One or two small restorations mainly to the bottom of the ogee feet.

SIZE; 3 foot wide by 19" from front to back by 40" high
