The Green Man handles are surrounded by an abundance of scroll carvings, which continues to each side of the bureau.
With pull-out loppers to support the fall-front, which opens to reveal a solid oak interior, with an arrangement of several open compartments to the centre, flanked by six charming small solid oak drawers.
Lovely colour to the oak.
Standing on bracket feet.
The bureau is exceptionally heavy, being constructed entirely from oak, which is very thick.
The condition is very good, having general expected signs of age and use, very heavy solid and sturdy.
