With stunning grain to the golden pitch pine and pinned joints, it has a heavy carved sawtooth cornice decorated with star motifs above two original bubble glass doors with shaped and chamfered surrounds, the fall-front has four raised linen fold panels above a surface with sawtooth and dot carving to the edge and supported by decorative shaped sides flanking two panelled cupboard doors and all supported on a plinth base.The glass doors open to reveal a planked back and two shelves with burgundy skirts, the fall front provides a useful surface for your books or writing and has a further shelf inside as does the base cupboard. All the doors have hooks and replacement locks each with their own key.
