Description

A George II Walnut Bureau of good proportions, having 2 short and 3 full length drawers all with shaped brass handles and escutcheons of which are period replacements. The fall opens to reveal an array of drawers, pigeon holes and compartments, the writing surface having a baize insert. The whole raised on bracket feet. Herringbone inlay throughout. Circa 1750
