Description

West persia,circa 1920s.

Pretty coloured I would say a dark candy floss pinky red with geometric joined three part medallion to the centre surrounded by a dark blue with a kind of herati pattern and to the centre of the medallions.

Some end losses to each end but with an even lustrous pile . Make for a good bedroom rug and priced accordingly. Plenty of images of rug.

5 foot by 3 foot 6 inches. 154cm X 107cm. At widest points. Wool pile hand knotted onto cotton foundations.
