Description

Antique 18th century Georgian chest on chest in mahogany, a handsome period piece with excellent storage and a classic, well balanced design.

Eight drawers in total, arranged with two small drawers to the top and graduated long drawers below, all retaining their original brass handles.

The chest stands on bracket feet and comes apart into three sections, making it easier to move and deliver.

Beautiful natural figuring can be enjoyed across the drawer fronts, complemented by the deep colour of the mahogany.

Presented in good condition with solid joints, this is a desirable Georgian example that would sit wonderfully in a bedroom, hallway or living room.
