Large 19th Century Antique Howard Type Upholstered Footstool

A beautiful quality English antique square, traditionally upholstered footstool, in a lovely clean high quality fabric. Very much in the style of a Howard antique footstool with the sewn on top feather filled cushion on the fixed upholstery base. In excellent, strong and firm condition, the square and tapering four legs are in solid walnut and finish on the original high quality brass and pot castors. A great size, very comfortable too. English and dating to around 1860.

Very much in the style of a Howard antique footstool with the sewn on top feather filled cushion on the fixed upholstery base. In excellent, strong and firm condition, the square and tapering four legs are in solid walnut and finish on the original high quality brass and pot castors. A great size, very comfortable too.
