Regency Flame Mahogany Chest of Drawers

Item Code: S27-1149

A handsome Regency flame mahogany chest of drawers of compact proportions, with particularly attractive figured veneers across the drawer fronts and top.

The chest is arranged with two short drawers over two long drawers, each fitted with turned wooden knob handles and individual keyholes. The highly figured flame mahogany veneers have been carefully selected and arranged to create strong symmetrical grain patterns, particularly across the lower drawers.

The chest stands on shaped and reeded bracket feet, giving the piece a refined Regency appearance while keeping the overall design restrained and elegant. Its relatively compact proportions make it well suited to a bedroom, dressing room, hallway or living space.
