Description

A fine quality Persian 'Kashan' pure wool 9' runner with deep hand knotted pile c.1920. Three medallions running along the centre of the rug set against navy blue ground with interlinked floral decoration in soft coral reds, champagne and pinks. Narrow triple border to the outer edge with champagne background and geometric decoration in tones to complement the centre of the rug. Close thick hand knotted pile, presented in excellent unworn stain free condition and newly cleaned ready for use. Keep up to date via our Instagram channel - sturmansantiques.
